Who We Are
- Jubrah Group was established to restructure and organize various business activities. It is a conglomerate composed of five companies: Jubrah Construction Co. Nig. Ltd., Jubrah Green Homes Ltd., Jubrah Sustainable Solution Ltd., Jubrah Facility Service Ltd., and Torim Consult Ltd.
- Jubrah Group has the mandates of:
- A. Coordination of its subsidiary companies in areas such as:
- - Corporate office management
- - Core functional areas of business management, including Marketing and Branding, Human Resources, Finance, Research and Development, Strategy, Operations, Information and Communication Technology, and Risk Management.
- B. Providing legal services to the group and its subsidiary companies.
- C. Implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for the group and its subsidiaries.
- D. Acquiring, developing, and allocating resources to subsidiaries based on their areas of expertise to provide necessary support.
- E. Strategic engagement in joint ventures and corporate partnerships to strengthen the group.
